Privacy
Short version: we collect what a recovery needs, we use it to run your recovery, and we don't do anything else with it.
What we collect, and why
When you request a quote we record the postcodes and vehicle type so we can price and run the job. When you book we add your name, phone number and (if you give it) email so the driver can reach you and your confirmation and tracking link can be sent. When you contact us we keep the message so we can answer it. That is the complete list.
Driver location
Live tracking shows you our driver's position, not yours. If you choose to share your location with us on WhatsApp, that sharing is governed by WhatsApp and stops whenever you stop it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's own pages — your card details never touch this website.
What never happens
No marketing lists, no selling or sharing your details, and no advertising cookies — this site sets only the cookies needed to run it (which is why there's no cookie banner). To see or remove what we hold about you, email markholmes2004@gmail.com.
