How is the price worked out?+
Road miles × £3.00 per mile — the leg to reach your vehicle and the leg to its destination, both itemised on the quote before you book. The driver carries the same figure; it doesn't change at the roadside.
Are you really available at 3am on a Sunday?+
Yes. 24/7 is the name because it's the service — nights, weekends and bank holidays included, at the same per-mile rate. No night-time surcharge.
How does the live tracking work?+
Every booking gets a tracking link with a code like SW-XXXXXX. When your driver sets off, their position appears on the map with a live ETA, and each stage — assigned, en route, loaded, delivered — is stamped as it happens. If you'd rather have it in WhatsApp, we can share the driver's live location there instead.
What vehicles can you move?+
Cars, vans, 4×4s, motorcycles and light commercials up to 3.5 tonnes — runners and non-runners. Seized brakes, stuck automatics and collision damage are everyday work. Anything unusual (agricultural, severely off-road, over 3.5t) — call and we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right people.
Do I pay before or after?+
A 25% card deposit secures every online booking, with the rest paid to the driver in person — or pay the whole amount online at booking if you'd rather have nothing to sort at the roadside. The total is the same either way.
Can you collect a car I've just bought?+
Yes — auction wins, private sales, dealer collections and non-runners bought for parts. Book it ahead with the same instant quote, and watch the delivery arrive on your tracking link.
I don't know exactly where I am. What do I tell you?+
A what3words address, a WhatsApp pin, or — on a motorway — the number on the nearest marker post. Our find-your-location page walks through all of them in plain English.
Do you repair vehicles?+
No — moving vehicles is the whole business. We'll take yours to whichever garage you trust, and you'll know the cost of getting it there before we set off.
